Opus Vitae are currently recruiting for a fantastic client in the Shrewsbury area. Our client is searching for a Solicitor within Commercial Property to join the ever-growing team. The role will be based within the Shrewsbury office, with both full-time & part-time being considered for the position. Salary will range between £50,000 & £60,000 for the successful candidate.
The Role
Case management systems, with a proven ability to manage time-recording effectively.
Undertaking marketing & business development activity, building relationships with external stakeholders.
Working within the Regional Commercial property market, understanding its challenges & opportunities.
Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
Skills & Capabilities
Ability to produce work to tight deadlines under pressure.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to take responsibility for administrative tasks & work methodically.
Ability to communicate clearly with people at all levels.
High level of numeracy.
Able to identify problems & solutions, whilst working on your own initiative.
