An exciting full-time opportunity to join a Legal 500 firm with an established presence across Shropshire and Wales.
We are seeking an ambitious qualified solicitor, ideally with at least 1 year PQE, to join our team and assist our diverse client base across both the UK and internationally. This role offers hybrid working, onsite parking, high-quality work, and excellent career progression opportunities.

Due to our continued expansion, we are now seeking a driven corporate and commercial solicitor. We will consider all candidates regardless of PQE. Work will include private M&A transactions, asset sales, reorganisations, fundraisings, EIS/SEIS investments, joint ventures, shareholder exits, share schemes, shareholders agreements, etc. Are you looking for a wide variety of work?
