As a Commercial Solicitor, your caseload may include files such as:
Distribution and agency agreements
General terms and conditions for goods and services
Competition law matters
Data protection and privacy files
The successful candidate will ideally have 5+ years' PQE, be ambitious, work well as part of and supporting a wider team, and possess excellent client care skills.
