Due to a prolonged period of growth and an influx of instructions, there is now an opportunity for a Commercial/Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE or an experienced contracts manager based within commutable distance of my client's Clifton Moor office.
The successful candidate will be someone who can hit the ground running in the provision of corporate and commercial legal advice on the following subject matters: Commercial Agreements; Intellectual Property; Regulatory and Statutory compliance; Mergers and Acquisitions; Restructuring; Partnerships; Corporate Governance.
