They are currently going through a period of positive restructuring. Introduction: They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Intelligence Senior Analyst to join the Strategy team. The ideal candidate is data-driven and has a strong background in commercial analysis. This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable working with inconsistent data and can make independent decisions to drive business improvements. As a Commercial Intelligence Senior Analyst, you will be creating valuable insights about our commercial performance, drive commercial excellence and support the business with strategic and objective decision-making process. It is an opportunity to work in a large corporation with a scale-up mindset with plenty of opportunities to develop new strategies, structures, and processes. You will report directly to a Head of Strategy and work closely with the sales, commercial finance, business intelligence teams. Responsibilities:

Conduct business analysis to review our commercial performance and identify areas of improvement, create dashboard and presentations, own regular reporting activities Support strategic projects by providing data-driven insights and develop actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders Work cross-functionally (finance, ops, procurement, business intelligence, IT) to identify and answer business problems by gathering data and utilizing analytical techniques Transform and extract data using SQL, monitor data integrity against business expectations Design, develop and maintain interactive and insightful dashboards and reports in Power BI Support commercial finance activities covering quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting Drive organization’s commercial excellence practices, developing and improving processes across the commercial organization Education & Experience:

3+ years in business strategy, business analytics, or commercial finance roles Master's degree in economics, finance, business administration, strategy or equivalent Highly analytical with the ability to translate complex data into clear and concise information to senior stakeholders Experience in consulting industry and/or packaging industry is a plus Experience working with complex data, Power BI, SQL, presentation skills are necessary Comfortable working in a dynamic environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Professional level English is a must, other European languages are a plus Start date: December '24.
