Permanent Non-Regulated In this role, you will be an integral member of the Group Transformation team, leading the development and delivery of commercial/strategic business cases across the Quilter Group. You will work with senior executives on a wide range of projects, providing subject matter expertise across the Commercial Transformation portfolio and challenging the business on strategic and commercial thinking to maximize benefits for Quilter. This role is split into 2 key parts, key responsibilities for each includes: Commercial Business Case Development/Analysis Focus on answering key commercial questions across the business. Work with senior management to capture and understand already identified questions. Provide recommendations for the best commercial outcomes. Ensure customer and adviser needs are met. Collaborate with various teams to identify and analyse new trends impacting the business and develop solutions to emerging trends. Review the impact of previous commercial transformation activity to assess benefit realisation and whether further action is required. Project Delivery Work closely with the project teams to ensure the project is mobilised and implemented effectively. Monitor and resolve potential resource contention. Unblock strategic obstacles and risks to delivery. Support resource planning across commercial transformation programmes. Occasionally may take on management of specific projects, acting as the Project Manager. About You

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and delivery skills, with a demonstrated history of inspiring and engaging teams to drive transformation. Key skills and experience include: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstratable experience of project delivery skills. Strategic approach to problem solving. Strong interpersonal skills and be able to negotiate, build relationships. Able to effectively deliver commercial analysis and strategic business cases. Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex environments. Able to build organisational capability and invest in team development. Able to manage third parties including consultants and data vendors. You can lead and manage change through influence with the ability to adapt to evolving roles and business needs.
