Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a full time Commercial Turf Sales Representative to join our Sales Department based in Welshpool. You will be responsible for being a point of contact for customers in your designated area, selling products to customers and representing the company professionally while conveying our excellent service.
Charlies Ag & Turf is a leading Agricultural / Horticultural Machinery dealer, supplying an extensive range of Agricultural and Groundcare Machinery across Shropshire and Mid Wales. Our main franchises include John Deere Ag & Turf Machinery, Kramer, Redexim, Grillo, Predator, Tru Turf, Trimax, GreenTek, and many other leading brands.
Responsibilities include: Sale of New and Used equipment Maintain & grow customer base within designated area Quote, configure and provide specifications of new machines for customers Follow up on sales enquiries Promote Charlies Ag & Turf for the excellent service that we provide from Sales through to Aftermarket Support Proactively visit customers onsite Take machines out on demonstrations for customers and demonstrate how to use the machine to its full capacity Attend shows and represent the company on stands Preferred attributes: Driving Licence Experience is preferred but not essential Product knowledge or experience working in the turf industry is preferred Ability to use standard computer applications Professional and proactive attitude Ability to work within a team environment The full-time position is for 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with additional hours as the needs of the business dictate. The Welshpool Depot is open 6 days a week, with Saturday working on a rota basis.
