Summary

Go Low Carbon is dedicated to assisting organizations in their journey toward a low-carbon economy. Our areas of expertise include utility procurement, energy audits, green technologies (mainly Solar), and carbon consulting. So far, we've helped reduce carbon emissions by 9.3 million kg CO2e, and this number continues to grow. As the net-zero movement gains momentum, this role offers an opportunity to be part of an industry driving meaningful environmental change. Go Low Carbon is looking to expand its offerings and grow existing verticals. We seek a candidate with a proven record in high-growth sectors, who understands the potential of our industry in making a significant positive impact on the planet. Key Responsibilities

Evaluate company performance and generate reports to assist with goal setting and growth strategies Develop and implement operations and production plans to meet company goals Manage daily operations across departments Establish company policies in compliance with laws and regulations Overall accountability for Health & Safety Support finances, monitor budgets and oversee financial reports Create financial strategies to improve revenue and profit margins Allocate resources efficiently for supply chain and delivery management Implement strategies to reduce costs and improve productivity Review operations to identify growth and development opportunities Negotiate purchase prices and project bids Identify opportunities to expand business through mergers, partnerships, and new markets Negotiate with suppliers and contractors Monitor project progress and report to executives Oversee all energy solutions operations and projects Requirements

Strong interest in environmentally-driven, mission-first business Expertise in commercial renewables Senior-level experience in operations, with a focus on construction, renewable energy, and project delivery Proven experience leading a high-growth company Strong financial reporting and data analysis skills Collaborative leadership abilities Benefits
