What You’ll Do as a Superintendent: Oversee all daily operations on active job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Manage subcontractors, coordinate schedules, and uphold high-quality standards throughout every phase of construction. Maintain rigorous safety standards and ensure compliance with all local regulations. Act as the on-site leader, providing solutions, guidance, and updates to clients, subcontractors, and project managers. Review and distribute updated plans, blueprints, and RFIs, ensuring clear communication across all teams. Develop strong relationships with local subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers to streamline project execution. What We’re Looking For: Experience:
Minimum 5 years as a commercial construction superintendent, with a proven track record in tenant improvements, build-outs, or similar projects. Local Knowledge:
Familiarity with Massachusetts subcontractors, inspectors, and permitting processes, especially in the Boston-to-New Bedford area. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project, Excel, and Dropbox, with the ability to interpret Gantt charts and manage construction schedules. Work Ethic:
A proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence. Reliable Transportation:
