Landlord Consultant , you’ll be responsible for: Outreach & networking
with landlords to secure new properties. Pitching Morgan Prescott’s rent model —no voids, no hassle for landlords. Closing deals & onboarding landlords
with properties suitable for our corporate tenant network. Building relationships with property owners, investors, and developers. Earn per successful deal. Work flexibly
– remote role with full autonomy. No cap on earnings
– the more deals you close, the more you earn. Access to our internal support & deal flow guidance. Ideal Candidate
Lettings negotiators, estate agents, or property professionals
looking for commission-based income. Though those with no property experience may be considered. Business development & sales professionals
with strong negotiation skills. Freelance property sourcers or deal finders
who can connect with landlords. Self-motivated individuals
who can bring in deals & build strong landlord relationships. No need for an office —you can work remotely and
leverage your network
