We are working closely with a successful provider of Air / Water services in the South West of England who are now seeking to take on a Commissioning Engineer. The successful candidate will have experience carrying out various commissioning duties including the balancing of closed heated and chilled water systems ensuring to work in line with CIBSE guidelines. Our client prides itself on providing high quality services to clients alongside providing employees with the best standard of training.
Experience & Qualifications: Will have extensive experience working as a Commissioning Engineer, for a reputable provider of Air / Water services. Holding the CSA grad 2 or higher is beneficial to the role. Well versed in CIBSE guidelines. Able to communicate efficiently with clients and colleagues. Excellent time management skills, able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
The Role: Carrying out the balancing of AHU, fan coils, supply / extract, primary / secondary and MVHR systems. Undertaking the balancing of closed heated and chilled water systems. Following building plans and drawings to ensure work is carried out in line with client requirements and industry recognised guidelines. Validating systems within healthcare sites. Providing clients with detailed commissioning reports in a timely manner. Working closely with new engineers, providing training when required. Working in line with CIBSE guidelines. Handing over systems upon completion and providing in-depth demonstration. Liaising with clients, providing excellent technical support and advice.
