What you can expect: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Commissioning Engineer (m/f/d) to join our Team International in Farnborough, UK. In this role, you will play a key part in the successful commissioning of utility-scale ground-mounted photovoltaic projects. Join us and contribute to shaping the future of renewable energy. Tasks: Commissioning of utility scale ground mounted PV projects with a detailed understanding of DC and AC circuits as well as design drawings Troubleshooting in DC cabling Safe measure of voltages, currents and signals to identify root cause of faults during commissioning Lead and facilitate activities with project and site managers to achieve successful commissioning Ensure adherence to warranty interfaces and health and safety requirements Deliver detailed daily progress reports to relevant project stakeholders Conduct factory acceptance tests, pre-site acceptance tests, and post-commissioning tests in compliance with design specifications and relevant standards Profile: Commissioning experience in various types of power plants and fields relevant to utility-scale PV projects Solid knowledge of AC and DC low voltage (LV) systems Experience with high voltage (HV) AC systems Familiarity with data infrastructure, including fibre optic networks, monitoring systems, and sensors Strong communication and conflict management skills Flexibility, fast comprehension, and troubleshooting expertise Excellent time management and prioritization skills Benefits: Open, trusting and professional cooperation with a focus on success and enjoyment in daily work Cooperation with a highly trained international team in a dynamic, international market Best conditions for independent work as well as exciting and challenging topics Participation in shaping the global energy revolution Employee events Your contact person for questions: Patricia Bous Talent Acquisition Partner + 49 6201 7103-350 Job Types:
