Position: Commissioning Engineer
Salary:
£48,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience Commutable from:
Kidderminster, Redditch, Hereford, Worcester, Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Birmingham, Evesham, and Pershore Join a leading special purpose machinery company, who specializes in designing and building customised machinery. We are looking for a Commissioning Engineer who is skilled in Beckhoff, Siemens PLCs, and LabVIEW. Responsibilities:
Commission, test, and troubleshoot special purpose machinery, ensuring it meets customer specifications and quality standards. Program, configure, and optimize Beckhoff and Siemens PLCs for automation and control applications. Utilize LabVIEW to develop, modify, and maintain control software for machinery. Work closely with design and project teams to ensure seamless integration from initial setup to final commissioning. Perform on-site installations, testing, and customer training. Diagnose and resolve technical issues during commissioning, providing expert support to customers. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards. Qualifications:
The suitable candidate for Commissioning Engineer will need to possess the following skills: Proven experience as a Commissioning Engineer, Automation Engineer, or similar role. Strong knowledge of Beckhoff and Siemens PLCs, with experience in programming and troubleshooting. Familiarity with LabVIEW for development and maintenance tasks.
