We are looking for a Commissioning Engineer who will oversee the commissioning process of substation projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This role demands a proactive individual with exceptional technical skills and experience in substation environments. Key Responsibilities

Commissioning Management : Lead and manage the commissioning activities for substation projects, ensuring all systems are installed, tested, and operational according to project specifications and regulatory standards. Technical Expertise : Provide technical guidance and support during the commissioning process, troubleshooting any issues that arise and ensuring optimal performance of all systems. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain comprehensive records of commissioning activities, including test results, system configurations, and any modifications made during the process. Safety Compliance : Ensure all commissioning activities comply with health and safety regulations, implementing best practices to minimize risks. Stakeholder Communication : Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and address any concerns promptly. Essential Qualifications

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in substation commissioning. Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of substation systems, including protection, control, and SCADA systems. Problem-Solving : Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Location : Based in North Yorkshire, with the ability to travel to various project sites as required. What We Offer
