Salary: Up to £85,000 + 40% bonus Benefits: Private Healthcare + 25 days AL + BH + CPD

Are you a Registered Home Manager looking for a new role? Is quality and compliance at the forefront in all you do? Would working for a provider who puts a focus on supporting and developing it’s staff, be who you would want to work for? Do you experience of Commissioning homes?

If so, then this could be the role for you! We are looking for a Commissioning Home Manager, to join our exciting and prestigious client, to work in their circa 60-bedded residential care home which will be based in the stunning picturesque village close to the heart of Stoke-on -Trent.

This provider is well renowned in the sector, providing luxury services to its residents. This home will have state of the art facilities, reinforcing their commitment to giving their residents the lifestyle they deserve.

Who are we looking for? The successful candidate is required to have home management experience within elderly care homes ideally with Commissioning experience, consistently good or above CQC reports, with an excellent business acumen with a proven history of managing homes within the sector. Due to the reputation of the provider, your ability to increase the profitability of the service whilst not jeopardising the candour of care you have to its residents, will be paramount.

You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work with the local community, to be the home of choice. Whilst also showcasing your focus on delivering fantastic resident care. Due to the nature of the role, you will be able to articulate the importance of people development and how this will have a positive impact on the service. Working with the Head of departments of the service you will build your team from the bottom up, building it to the success it will become.

Requirements Home Manager Experience CQC reports of Good or Above Strong commercial acumen, experience in marketing and budget management Commissioning experience desired, not essential Elderly/dementia home management experience

Location The role is based around Stoke- on - Trent and is therefore commutable from Stafford, Winsford, Derby, Birmingham, Leicester, Liverpool, Manchester, Nottingham, Shrewsbury and surrounding areas.
