If you are an experienced Home Manager looking for a new chapter in your career, this could be it. You could be a nurse or non-nurse manager, but with the benefit of having led clinicians before, after all this is a nursing home. A good knowledge of the CIW or CQC with a history of good reports will be important. You will have achieved your NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management or be working towards it.
