Overview MCL requires an experienced Commissioning Manager for a prestigious FEED project for our Oil and Gas client. Duration:

8 month contract with possible extensions Location:

Clients Leatherhead offices - hybrid working is acceptable with 2 days remote working per week Rate:

£70.00 per hour - UK Ltd company This role is likely to be outside IR35 with the final decision being made after a Qdos assessment. **Candidates MUST have UK Right to Work** Responsibilities Job Role: Responsible to the Project Manager for the delivery of the commissioning scope on the BP Clair Ridge Expansion (CRX FEED) Project.

Key responsibilities include: Identification of all commissioning execution risks and constraints associated with the brownfield scope to enable further scope definition and reduce brownfield discovery. Develop the Commissioning Execution Plan - Brownfield (incorporating the below points) Minimize offshore scope Highlighting all design requirements and opportunities to support SAT’s and loop checking along with dynamic commissioning activities onshore, prior to offshore hook-up. Preliminary Commissioning and Start-up sequence along with LOSH’s (Limits of system handover) for all phases (onshore and offshore) Definition of commissioning temporaries to support the strategy. Prepare Preliminary Commissioning and Start-up Execution Plan - Greenfield, work closely and collaboratively with the client Commissioning Manager and Clients Engineering disciplines as necessary. Ensure commissioning requirements are incorporated into the design, attend P&ID, plot plan, Model reviews as required. Key Personal Skills Include: Essential - good technical writing skills and experience in writing commissioning and OR deliverables Possesses a strong safety culture Planning and organisation skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Identifies and helps to resolve problems in a timely manner Education and Experience Requirements: BSc / Degree in Engineering or HNC in relevant subjects Previous experience in writing commissioning deliverables Previous experience in the commissioning of Greenfield & Brownfield offshore gas installations The successful candidate shall have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the offshore oil & gas Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
