About The Role

As a Manager in the Commodity Management Technology Team, you’ll be a pivotal leader supporting our clients' digital transformation journeys. If you have a deep understanding of ETRM/CTRM systems or related technology solutions within gas, power, oil, or soft commodities trading environments, we’d love to hear from you!

What Your Days Will Look Like

You will be delivering state-of-the-art technology transformation solutions in the commodities market, with a focus on optimizing trading operations, enhancing risk management, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Lead the analysis and documentation of business processes, systems, and data requirements associated with commodities trading. Oversee the implementation and optimization of ETRM/CTRM systems to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of project milestones. Conduct in-depth analysis and offer insights to support decision-making processes. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as Python, Power BI, and other automation and analytics tools. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they maximize the value of their systems and tools. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and strategic advantage.

This Role Is For You If

You have a solid understanding of the commodities trading business model and deal lifecycle, including typical CTRM/ETRM systems and data requirements. You have proven business analysis and project management experience in trading technology, ideally within gas, power, oil, or commodities sectors. Capital markets or other trading experience will be considered. You have strong client and delivery management experience, with exceptional stakeholder management skills. You have exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights. You have excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You have strong knowledge of reporting and analytics technology such as PowerBI, Alteryx, and SQL. You have experience with technology development tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
