We are looking for someone who has experience of working with staff networks. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR team and feel confident in developing and delivering engaging campaigns as the Trust delivers against one of its main priorities of improving culture within the organisation.
You would be responsible for continuously seeking to improve the channels through which we engage our colleagues. As well as being able to write clearly and accurately, you will have the skills to film, produce and edit videos.
You will have at least five years' experience or training in communications up to degree level.
Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust has bases in Norwich and Ipswich, and successful candidates will be able to travel across the two counties. We are passionate about high accessibility standards and being an inclusive organisation.
