Role Overview

Hubexo is seeking an experienced Communications Business Partner to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive communications strategy, with a primary focus on internal and colleague engagement. This role will play a critical part in supporting Hubexo's internal communications, employer brand, driving brand awareness on LinkedIn and other platforms, and championing Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Communications Strategy Development

Develop and own Hubexos internal communications strategy aligned with business goals and company values. Design and implement a communications plan that supports the organisations transformation journey and high-performance culture. Internal and Colleague-Focused Communications

Create compelling content to engage colleagues across all regions, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with Hubexos values. Partner with leaders and stakeholders to deliver clear, impactful communications that foster connection and transparency. Employer Brand & Social Media Management

Collaborate with the Regional Marketing teams to support external brand awareness, particularly on LinkedIn and other social media platforms. Develop engaging content that highlights Hubexos unique culture and promotes its position as an employer of choice. Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I)

Partner with the People and Culture team to amplify key initiatives and campaigns, ensuring they are integrated into all communication efforts. Promote ED&I as a core pillar of the organisations culture through storytelling and strategic campaigns. Stakeholder Engagement & Autonomy

Build strong relationships across the business, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on communication best practices. Work independently to drive projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact. Measurement & Continuous Improvement

Monitor the effectiveness of communication initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to ensure Hubexo remains innovative in its approach. Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in internal communications, employer branding, or related roles. Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills. Experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, in a corporate context. Knowledge of ED&I best practices and a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace. Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy and initiative. Key Competencies
