Communications Coach £66,800 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience (Up to £310 per day PAYE) 5 month contract until 30th June 2025 Fully remote role

Working for one of the biggest names in technology, we are looking for an experienced Corporate Communications Coach. This is a contract role up until 30th June 2025 starting ASAP.

The main function of the Communications Coach is to assist corporate communications with coaching on message development, writing, and editing.

You will help coach individuals with their communications on selling solutions to their enterprise customers at Executive Level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching and be able to advise on the best strategy, help define roadmaps, and create personalized programs of communications for each individual to present back to their customers. The decision makers are typically within Finance and C-Suite, so experience coaching communications for Exec level would be a huge advantage.

If you have a Coaching certification or experience within Crisis Management communications, this would be ideal.

Job Responsibilities:

Facilitate effective communication between managers, architects, and executives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies. Develop and implement training programs to enhance business acumen and strategic thinking among managers and architects. Assist in the creation and execution of strategic plans, providing insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis. Organize and coordinate leadership communication development activities, including workshops, seminars, and mentoring programs. Collaborate with various teams to ensure the integration of strategic initiatives across the organization. Provide support in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other communication materials at senior leadership/executive levels. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proven, outstanding written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and within short time constraints. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft productivity software including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Preferred: Experience with leadership development programs and strategic planning.
