bet365 Stoke-On-Trent, England, United Kingdom A Communications Coordinator in Marketing Delivery, who will be responsible for our overnight sends, scheduling/delivering customer communications and offers for the Sports and Gaming products. Marketing Delivery is responsible for executing global marketing campaigns, including the delivery of localised offers. The team oversees the delivery of emails, notifications and SMS sent directly to customers. We are expanding our operation to function as a 24-hour team with a Night Shift. You will be responsible for our overnight workload, including keeping schedules accurate, setting up offers and monitoring ongoing sends. You will have strong attention to detail, communicate accurately and quickly and work well under pressure to meet stakeholder expectations. This role involves working seven shifts Monday through to Sunday, followed by seven thoroughly deserved days off. A typical shift consists of working 19:30-07:00. Successful applicants will be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK from their first day of employment. Preferred skills and experience Proven ability to execute processes utilising a methodical and consistent approach. Problem solving skills, to determine the source of a problem and find an effective solution. Excellent level of communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organisational and time management skills, to utilise time productively and efficiently. Outstanding attention to detail, whilst working to time sensitive deadlines. Ability to manage multiple requests at once and be resilient and responsive to change. Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge. Main Responsibilities Managing overnight sends and scheduling customer communications. Monitoring ongoing sends to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Collaborating with stakeholders to meet expectations. Maintaining schedules and setting up offers.
