Who we are looking for

A Communications Coordinator, who will be responsible for implementing the delivery of large-scale, targeted marketing campaigns across both the Sports and Gaming products.


You will be tasked with the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns to targeted groups of customers. Working in a small team, you will assist in the maintenance of marketing schedules to ensure the department can effectively meet the needs of our stakeholders and their marketing campaigns.


The role will require you to possess strong communication skills which you will use to effectively liaise with other teams and stakeholders. The ability to stay calm under pressure and undertake multiple tasks at the same time are also key attributes.


Full training will be provided, allowing you to become an expert in the use of our marketing communications tools.


Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven ability to quickly grasp new concepts and tool functionality.
  • Keen eye for detail, with the capacity to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines.
  • Highly adaptable in environments where requirements can change at short notice.
  • Exceptional organisation skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Operationally minded with the ability to work effectively in process-driven environments.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience of using marketing communication tools is advantageous but not essential.


Main Responsibilities

  • Sending Push Notification, Email, Web Message and SMS marketing communications to customers.
  • Creating and maintaining global marketing schedules.
  • Liaising with other marketing teams to ensure content is created and processed in line with agreed deadlines.
  • Generating recipient lists, ensuring that they are correct and compatible with our communication tools.
  • Filtering data to create targeted groups of predefined customers.
  • Testing customer communications in order to quality control and safeguard against errors.
  • Assisting in the creation of processes, ensuring a high standard of output is consistently maintained.
  • Reporting on marketing campaigns to provide send figures and other required analysis.
