As a Communications Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping digital communications strategies, managing a high-performing content production team, and achieving outstanding results. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to build trusted client relationships and consistently deliver innovative, results-driven campaigns that enhance reputation and drive success. Key Responsibilities: Lead a digital content production team to execute strategies and achieve KPIs. Oversee the delivery of multi-channel digital communications plans across global markets. Support global communications teams to implement digital strategies and meet objectives. Line-manage and develop an ambitious, high-performing team. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge: Deep expertise in digital content strategy and production. Proven experience working on global brands and campaigns. Familiarity with GA4 and other analytics tools. Strong understanding of social media, newsletter strategies, and SEO implementation. Key Skills: Exceptional organizational and project management abilities. Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal). Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and process improvement orientation. Abilities: Build trust and provide strategic counsel to clients confidently. Manage and inspire teams, nurturing junior talent. Collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including influencer experts, designers, and content creators. Independently manage projects, budgets, and tight deadlines. Think creatively and strategically to deliver standout campaigns. What We Offer: A dynamic and collaborative working environment. Hybrid working policy: 2-3 days in the office and the remainder remote. Opportunity for occasional travel as required.
