About the team Tesco Technology builds and powers the hardware, software and systems that millions of customers and colleagues depend on each day. This role will be based at our Head Office in Welwyn Garden City up to 3 times a week. You will be responsible for The creation, management and delivery of communications to Technology colleagues across our global markets. Ensuring messaging is simple, real and energetic using a variety of channels and approaches. Acting as a passionate advocate for audiences across Tesco Technology. Working with other internal communication teams to align and deliver communications content promoting colleague participation and advocacy. Organising and executing a wide variety of physical and virtual events for colleagues across global locations that drive engagement, educate and inspire. Working closely with various teams, as well as external agencies and suppliers, often to tight deadlines. Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, communicating in an effective and relevant way to colleagues at all levels. Continually looking for creative ways to excite and engage our internal audience. Acting as trusted counsel for colleagues on the use of the Tesco and Tesco Technology master brands. Forecasting and managing budgets effectively, always being cost conscious. Following our business code of conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence. You will need Previous experience in a communications and/or events role. Event management and execution. Excellent verbal and written skills. Organisational, planning and prioritisation skills. Ability to work on a number of projects simultaneously. MS Office (including Excel and PowerPoint). What's in it for you We're all about the little helps.
