Your new company Hays have exclusively partnered with a Professional Services Firm in Ipswich who are looking for a proactive Marketing & Communications Executive to join their growing Marketing team on a permanent basis.

Your new role As the Marketing and Communications Executive, you will be working in a team of 4, playing a pivotal role in shaping and executing the communication strategy across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with teams throughout the business to develop innovative solutions that enhance their brand presence and engage target audiences. This will include: Developing and implementing marketing communication strategies to promote services and enhance brand visibility. Creating compelling content for digital marketing channels, including website, social media, and email campaigns. Conducting research to identify news and communication ideas relevant to industry and target market. Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure consistency in messaging. Managing internal communications to keep staff informed and engaged with company initiatives. Organising and supporting events to promote brand awareness and foster client relationships. Monitoring and analysing the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience within a communications, PR or Marketing role. It is essential that you have strong copywriting skills, and are confident liaising with senior stakeholders to seek out and create engaging content.
