About the Role We are looking for a Communications Executive to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, shape communications strategies, and help build a strong, unified culture within our internal and external communication narrative. You'll support key communication initiatives, from campaigns to events, ensuring our colleagues are informed, engaged, and aligned with our goals, external comms to customers and other stakeholders and help develop our strategy going forward. What you will be doing – Collaborate with the Head of Marketing & Communications to deliver the Internal and External Communications and Engagement Strategy across our business Plan and execute key campaigns and events that bring our strategy and values to life Lead communications and engagement activities for our 3,000 colleagues across the business Generate and create content for weekly e-newsletters and maintain a SharePoint Intranet, ensuring it serves as a central hub for information and engagement Produce, script and edit creative media content for a wide range of communication channels and audiences Lead the planning and implementation of virtual, hybrid, in-person and off-site events, including Town halls, Awards and Leadership Roadshows Support our diversity, equality and inclusion strategy by showcasing stories from colleagues around the world and organise company-wide events Manage third-party relationships effectively, building strong networks and partnerships Location
