Communications Manager EMEA Responsibilities Make an impact Swisslog are seeking a dynamic Communication Manager EMEA to be responsible for all EMEA People and Organization communications, ensuring Swisslog’s values and P&O concepts are aligned in language and that messages are received positively across all levels of Swisslog both internally and externally with specific emphasis on people, engagement and retention. The role ensures the alignment between P&O content and messaging in regards to employer branding. The position is based out of our Redditch Head Office with hybrid working available. If Redditch is not commutable, remote working will be considered. Key Tasks:

Manage certain aspects of the internal communications system with some guidance from Global Communication. Liaise with People & Organization in order to plan and execute communication strategies. Responsible for aligning P&O communications with our values and employer value proposition to ensure consistency in messaging and language. Create and develop P&O concept presentations including functional business support in EMEA. Develop P&O communication channels and strategies to enable the messaging to achieve the optimum response from a P&O perspective. Facilitate townhall meetings, create and shape communication content for Regional and local town hall meetings and be responsible for all transformational and personnel updates in each Country within EMEA. Create video content with business leaders on Regional updates. Manage and liaise with external agencies regarding the specific P&O organization initiatives. Develop standards for content creation and organizational style and tone guidelines and advise others on content creation processes. Application Requirements: What you need to succeed

We're looking for someone who: Has at least 5 years experience in strategic communications as a Communication Manager or Communications Lead. Possesses excellent analytical and writing skills. Demonstrates proficiency in digital content creation and social media management. Can inspire, influence, and negotiate with diverse stakeholders. Ideally has experience of multi-national communications experience. Engineering / Technology company background would be an advantage. Is fluent in English, with additional European languages being a plus.
