This is a high-impact, fast-paced role offering a unique opportunity to influence communications strategies for a transformative project. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan, encompassing traditional, social, and digital media. Manage stakeholder relationships, organizing visits and crafting compelling narratives. Create engaging content showcasing the project's impact and benefits. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution. Adhere to all company governance guidelines. Qualifications:
Experience in stakeholder management and communications. Proven success in diverse communications disciplines (traditional, social, digital, internal communications). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing suppliers and strong influencing skills are essential. A growth mindset and adaptability to a matrix organizational structure are a must. The role will be primarily based in Goole, with travel to other locations required.
