Audience Growth Manager (PR, Social and Content) Global consumer brand West Yorkshire £50,000 - £60,000 + Package

Our client is a much loved consumer brand who have growth on the agenda. They are investing heavily in marketing, and their team, and want to gain more media attention! If you've managed multi-channel comms strategies, across Social Media, PR and Content and enjoy creating a real buzz in engaged communities then read on.

They are looking for an Audience Growth Manager to drive brand affinity and significantly increase sessions by finding and building highly engaged communities that earn media attention on the back of breakthrough ideas.

The successful hire will use earned, established and emerging platforms, to manage content and campaigns to help engage existing customers and acquire new ones! More about the role... Research, identify and target new customers, setting a clear content and campaign strategy to engage new audiences via multiple platforms and channels (including but not limited to collabs, partnerships, social)

Manage and grow data driven audience growth plans in line with brand guidelines and the brand mission

Research, locate, create and build engaged communities

Work collaboratively with content, editorial, and social media to bring to life engaging campaigns across websites and social platforms

Work with the social media manager to develop social strategy and optimise their digital footprint and engagement

Work with your internal team and 3rd party agencies to create a calendar of engaging, buzzy and tactical content

Develop and lead a team of passionate individuals who create highly shareable and attention grabbing content

Develop and own testing and reporting frameworks to drive brand growth

What I'm looking for in your CV: Proven experience developing audiences in a fast paced media, agency or consumer brand

Experience across Social Media, PR, Comms and Content - you'll be managing this team so experience across all is needed

A good understanding of Paid Social is beneficial, so experience managing this is a great sign

Proven experience creating viral content and campaign ideas

A team player who wants to create a fun and dynamic culture of high performance.
