Content Creation:

Plan, write, and deliver compelling content for a variety of communication channels, including SharePoint, LinkedIn, and more. Colleague Engagement:

Drive engagement and advocacy by celebrating successes and achievements across the business. Recognition Strategy:

Lead and manage recognition programs, traveling to offices, branches, and logistics centers to champion excellence. Campaign Management:

Create and execute innovative communication plans and campaigns aligned with our brand guidelines. Collaboration:

Work with creative teams and external agencies to bring ideas to life through photography, video, and other engaging formats. Platform Management:

Keep our LinkedIn profile fresh, relevant, and brimming with exciting content ideas. Proofreading and Advice:

Provide expert proofreading, editing, and communication support to the wider team. Skills and Experience

We're looking for an enthusiastic and upbeat professional with experience in communications, ideally with a focus on internal communications. You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have

excellent written and verbal communication skills . Are

organised and efficient , able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Possess

creative flair

and a keen eye for detail. Are self-motivated, adaptable, and a team player. Have strong

IT and marketing knowledge , including awareness of consumer and product trends. Enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a knack for problem-solving. Hold a valid driver’s license and own transport, as travel is part of the role. What we offer
