About the Role
This role is responsible for supporting the growth ambitions of the business to drive brand awareness, consideration, and sales across our consumer brands portfolio (Cantu textured haircare, Eylure false lashes, and Elegant Touch press-on nails), within our key European territories. We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent stakeholder communications skills. This strategically focused role will support the International Head of Communications by overseeing the implementation of the European communications strategy, working with our distributor and communications agencies. This is a line management role, managing the Assistant Communications Manager.
Brief Overview of Responsibilities
Create a refined European strategy across PR and social media (paid and organic).
Identify integrated opportunities across territories and ensure cohesive brand delivery and identity.
Communicate business priorities and brief our agency partners to create the annual marketing activities that deliver on business objectives.
Work with International Head of Communications to update stakeholders.
Build the annual budget by brand and territory.
Accountable for the successful implementation of the social media advertising and organic program.
Ensure holistically that PR strategy is implemented.
Creation of monthly communications reports per brand, per strategy, tracking performance vs KPIs.
Required Skills
At least 4 years of experience in communications.
Marketing strategy setting experience.
Ideally 3 years of experience managing communications agencies, especially social media buying agencies.
Experience in overseeing communications in multiple territories, ideally Europe.
At least 1 year of experience in line management.
Fluent in German and French as well as English highly desirable.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Salary is £45,000 - £50,000 PA / 22 AL days PA + we close between Christmas and New Year (those are given) / Hybrid working with 2 office days per week / Medicash benefit / EAP access / Membership to a discount platform for retailers, holidays, and more.
