Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to elevate Nineteen Group’s profile as a leading trade show organiser and employer of choice.
Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to define communication priorities, messaging frameworks, and brand positioning.
Act as the bridge between marketing, culture, and the leadership team to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints.
Oversee the development of content that highlights our values-driven, inclusive culture to attract and retain top talent. Ensure that all internal and external communications align with our culture-first ethos.
Shape and maintain Nineteen Group’s external narrative through PR campaigns, media relations, and company announcements.
Build and maintain Nineteen Group's online presence across relevant platforms and the company’s website, ensuring consistency in messaging and highlighting the company’s achievements and values.
Develop effective communication strategies that engage both internal stakeholders (employees) and external stakeholders (customers, partners, media, potential recruits).
Track and report on the effectiveness of communication efforts using qualitative and quantitative metrics.
Continuously seek feedback and refine strategies to improve engagement and reach.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in a communications or marketing role, preferably at manager level, with a strong understanding of internal and external messaging.
