Tasks

Developing and implementing an (internal and external) Communications Strategy, Policy and Plan for the Company including the use of social media Working closely with and following direction from our primary Corporate STRABAG SE Communications contacts based in Germany as well as Comms teams of major projects in the UK (e.g. HS2) To understand and develop our plans for the short, medium, and the long-term communications and help in developing our target audience. Overseeing and monitoring the Company corporate design and use of the STRABAG brand Ensuring coordination and quality control for all communications Driving the promotion of the Company brand in the industry Developing communications, including identifying key messages, and managing publications that are related to the construction industry. Managing proactive and reactive dealings with the national and trade press, in close cooperation with Corp. Comms. Monitoring and recording the Company’s media coverage. Initiating, creating, supporting, and producing accessible content that positions the Company as a forward-thinking organisation, including press releases, social media content, articles and newsletters. Supporting the senior management team with content for Business Development and widening the Company brand Analysis of competitor management of communications issue. Qualifications

Business or related Degree Communication or Marketing Experience – 5 years post degree Experience in providing communications support to senior management level Excellent stakeholder management skills and capable of building strong working relationships Highly organised with excellent attention to detail is essential - including good writing and grammar skills.
