A Communications Program Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and conveying the company’s narrative to various audiences. This position involves developing communication strategies, managing media relations, and collaborating across departments to ensure consistent and effective messaging. Key Responsibilities: Develop Communication Strategies:

Craft and implement comprehensive communication plans that align with our objectives and resonate with target audiences. Media Relations:

Establish and maintain relationships with journalists, social influencers, and other key stakeholders to promote and protect our brand image. Content Creation:

Produce high-quality written materials, including press releases, messaging guidelines, presentations, and speeches, to effectively communicate complex topics. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams to develop communication strategies that highlight the functionality and benefits of our products and services. Program Management:

Implement communication standards across various programs, establish reliable processes for program reviews, decision-making, and resource allocation, and lead governance structures that drive effective executive decision-making. Minimum Qualifications: Executive communications skills; experience in developing content and communications strategies for Leadership/exec level. Experience crafting multi-level internal communications including copywriting, slide design, and storytelling. 7-10 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or communications. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in English; additional language skills may be required for specific roles. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the technology or artificial intelligence sectors. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in dynamic environments. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
