Tower Hamlets. You will join us on a
full-time, permanent basis,
working 37 hours per week, (Part-Time, Relief hours are also available). In return, as our Community Access Worker you will receive a

role: Our successful Community Access Worker will have enthusiasm, passion and energy to work within a diverse team supporting those who use our service to try new experiences and to progress through active support. The service will cover daytimes and will include leisure activities i.e. swimming, community visits, bowling, museums, local parks/farm trips, in house activities including drama and virtual sessions. Applicants need to demonstrate a good understanding of the importance of empowerment and choice to individuals and their independence. Although not a necessary requirement, the ability or willingness to attain a D1 licence to drive our minibuses would be advantageous. This additional skill comes with a pay award.
