Be Part of a Revolution in Care

At Thrive Homecare, we believe care should be about more than just meeting needs; it should empower people to thrive. As a startup in Ashford, we are setting a new standard in domiciliary care by making wellbeing central to every interaction and care plan. Joining Thrive means becoming part of something special—a community that values connection, creativity, and impact. You’ll have the chance to shape the future of care in Ashford, working with an established team of passionate wellbeing experts to be a catalyst for change in an industry ready for transformation.

Why This Role is Different

We’re not just looking for a 'senior'. We are looking for a leader who is as passionate as we are about improving the lives of older people, building strong communities, and redefining care to be first and foremost about quality of life.

What You’ll Do

Create Meaningful Impact: Conduct care assessments and create personalised plans that meet not just physical needs but the emotional and social aspirations of our clients. Be a Champion for Wellbeing: Use evidence-based approaches, like the PERMA model, to enhance clients' overall quality of life, fostering joy, purpose, and connection. Lead with Heart: Mentor and inspire a team of carers to deliver outstanding, holistic care every day. Build Relationships That Matter: Form strong bonds with clients, families, and the local community, ensuring everyone feels heard, valued, and supported. Shape the Future: Be part of a growing company where your ideas and contributions will directly influence the way care is delivered in Ashford and beyond. What You’ll Bring

Essential: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Experience in domiciliary care, including care planning and assessments. Knowledge of CQC standards and compliance requirements. Strong communication and leadership skills. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. Desirable: Marketing or business development experience. Familiarity with Ashford's community networks. Leadership experience in care settings. What Makes You Thrive

At Thrive, we’re looking for someone who’s not just experienced but also passionate about creating real, lasting change in care. If you’re compassionate, proactive, and excited about building a culture that prioritises wellbeing alongside care, this role is perfect for you.

Why Thrive?

A Focus on Wellbeing: We prioritise joy, purpose, and connection for both clients and staff. Opportunities for Growth: Be part of an organisation where your ideas and contributions directly shape the future of care. A Supportive Culture: Thrive as part of a passionate, experienced team where everyone, from founders to wellbeing specialists, is committed to yours and each other's success. Be Part of Something Bigger: Join a company that is transforming care, prioritising joy, purpose, and connection for the people we support and colleagues alike. If you’re ready to be part of an exciting journey and make a profound impact, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
