Permanent Full-time Hybrid (base in Birmingham, with travel required across the West Midlands Trains network) We have a fantastic opportunity to join West Midlands Trains as our Community Engagement Manager. This role is critical to the delivery of our station adoption programme and community projects across our network. You'll work directly with our Community Strategy Manager, volunteers, and industry partners to support the development and delivery of projects that enhance our community strategy, including station enhancements, youth engagement, safety and wellbeing, and supporting our White Ribbon accreditation. You'll also manage our successful Customer and Communities Improvement Fund, judging applications and working collaboratively with community groups and internal colleagues to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. As part of the wider External Communications and Engagement Team, there will be opportunities to engage with external stakeholders and promote our community activity. You'll also manage our community social media accounts, ensuring maximum visibility of our work.
