Unsocial hours pay enhancement. The post is based at the Town Hall in Crawley Town Centre. You will be expected to attend meetings at a range of sites around the town and a full and current UK driving licence will be a requirement of the role. Reflecting this requirement, an Essential Car Allowance (currently under review) forms part of the package. Working hours are 37 hours per week. Generally it is assumed that these will be during normal office hours however many of the facilities you are managing are open evenings and weekends and there will on occasion be a requirement to support the wider facilities team outside of normal office hours.
