Qualifications
RNLD Experience
Experience in learning disability services Broad range of experience working in health & social care settings Knowledge
Demonstrate a good understanding of Learning Disability, including Mental Health, Forensics, Challenging Behaviour, and PLD/Complex Health Awareness of current developments within a clinical setting Completed training in mentoring & assessing student nurses Awareness of current developments within Learning Disability services Understanding of clinical governance Personal Qualities
Ability to communicate clearly and accurately Ability to adapt to new and changing circumstances Self-motivated Commitment to continuous improvements to clients' care Skills
Ability to prioritise and work proactively Ability to manage a designated caseload without direct supervision OTHER RELEVANT REQUIREMENTS
