A Liverpool based games studio is currently looking for a Social Media Manager to work on a range of new and existing PC/Console titles. They are currently going through a period of expansion and require this Social Media Manager to grow and nurture a range of accounts across their portfolio of titles.
As the Social Media Manager, you will be tasked with growing the community for new and existing titles, appealing to a wide range of gamers. You will ideally be a gamer yourself and will be responsible for engaging with the online community across all areas of social media such as forums, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Discord, and Twitch. There will also be a creative element to the role where you will create new and engaging content while maintaining and moderating forums.
Other responsibilities include collaborating with internal PR, Social Media, and Product Teams to help get ‘the word out’ on these exciting new releases. The role will vary from content creation, copywriting, to social media management. The role would suit someone looking for a varied job where no two days are the same.
The studio has a long-standing history of creating quality titles on console platforms. This role will have you working closely with the management team and will involve various aspects of social media and community management.
