We are seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic

Community Manager

to oversee and grow our vibrant communities across platforms like Discord, Skool, and Circle. Your mission will be to engage with our passionate user base and content creators, fostering meaningful interactions that build lasting relationships and enhance our brand. As a beloved product with an active and loyal community, our users turn to us for support, connection, and inspiration. They thrive on celebrating their achievements, learning from one another, and sharing experiences. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in nurturing these interactions, shaping our online presence, and maintaining an active roster of live events, such as webinars, Q&A sessions, and community-driven meetups, to keep engagement dynamic and rewarding. Additionally, you'll develop a long-term vision for expanding our community onto social media channels, ensuring our presence resonates with a wider audience. What You'll Do

Community Engagement and Management : Foster a vibrant and active user community by encouraging meaningful interactions, maintaining a sense of connection among members, and creating an atmosphere where users feel supported, motivated, and valued.

Event Coordination : Plan, announce, and execute live events such as support calls and webinars, ensuring high-quality audience engagement and participation during these sessions.

Feedback Collection and Analysis : Regularly gather and analyze community feedback to identify trends, address concerns, and provide actionable insights to improve the user experience.

Community Advocacy : Serve as the one-stop source of truth and advocate for the user community within the company, ensuring their voice is represented in decision-making processes and internal initiatives.

What You Bring

Proven experience in creating and managing online communities, fostering engagement, and maintaining activity across multiple platforms.

Strong content creation expertise, including the ability to craft engaging posts, announcements, and event materials.

Passion to proactively manage and shape the direction of Synthflow's online community, ensuring it remains a vibrant and valuable resource for users.
