The deputy team lead is responsible for the planning and delivery of the District Nursing services within a designated area, prioritising clinical need to provide holistic care, maintaining accountability for their own practice while working without direct supervision. The post holder will lead a team of Community Nurses, responsible for the day-to-day management of the District Nursing Team, maintaining effective management and clinical supervision frameworks for all staff, with the responsibility of carrying out professional development reviews in line with Trust policy.
