Community Partnerships Associate

at ESL FACEIT Group, you will report to the Manager, Creator Partnerships EMEA, and play a crucial role in developing and maintaining robust relationships with gaming communities. Your key responsibilities will include: Community Onboarding and Relationship Building (35%) Initiate and develop new partnerships with gaming communities, guiding their integration with FACEIT with the main focus on Counter-Strike 2 and Overwatch 2 Maintain and enhance long-term relationships with community leaders, offering ongoing support to ensure community success on our platform Community Management and Support (30%) Reinforce existing partnerships through ongoing, effective communication Continuously assist community leaders to reach their full potential Collaborate with other teams within ESL FACEIT Group to ensure a holistic approach to community support and development Community Discovery and Analytics (20%) Scout and identify potential or thriving gaming communities within the gaming ecosystem Regularly track, manage, and report on key performance metrics and objectives to assess community project success Strategic and Commercial Management (10%) Handle commercial and account management responsibilities with key partners Analyze data to understand community needs and develop innovative strategies and ideas Collaborate with the Manager in shaping and executing partnership strategies and objectives Competition Organization and Support (5%) Plan, organize, and execute community competitions to encourage engagement and growth Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operational execution and compliance Requirements:

2+ years of professional experience in gaming or esports, ideally within creator or community-related positions Strong knowledge and understanding of Counter-Strike and/or Overwatch 2 ecosystems Deep understanding and enthusiasm for competitive gaming Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal High attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy Creative approach and ability to foster collaboration Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) Capability to allocate time effectively across various projects with prioritization We lead the industry with numerous online and offline competitions, digital platforms as well as gaming lifestyle festivals.
