About the role This is an excellent opportunity to provide a front-line response to reports of serious antisocial behaviour, domestic abuse, safeguarding and other community safety issues. Our clients Community Protection Team is a small, high performing team which deals with the above issues, along with their duties under Prevent, Modern Day Slavery, Hate Crimes and the Community Safety Partnership. This vacancy would give you the ideal opportunity to provide a front-line response and support Council tenants that report serious anti-social behaviour, domestic abuse, safeguarding and other community safety issues. About you You will be working closely with our colleagues in their Housing Management team, the Police, Social Services and other partner agencies. They are looking for an experienced individual to join their team with direct case management expertise of handling complex cases involving anti-social behaviour, and domestic abuse or safeguarding – either with a local authority or a social housing provider. There is a lot of autonomy in this role and its best suited to a candidate that can work proactively on their own initiative handling a demanding caseload.
