MedicsPro are seeking experienced Community Registered Nurses (RGN) - Band 5 with recent NHS experience to work at Hoddesdon Health Centre, Lea Valley. Shift pattern is Monday- Sunday, 09.00am - 18.00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and dispense medication safely and accurately. Provide clear guidance and support to patients and their families regarding care and treatment plans. Manage patient documentation and compile accurate medical records. Perform routine procedures, including taking samples, monitoring vital signs such as pulses, temperatures, and blood pressures. Actively listen to patients to understand their needs and symptoms. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans, regularly evaluating their success.
