As a Co-working Reception Manager (Community Sales Manager), you will help us nurture and support our customers and centre teams at a Centre level. You will oversee and support the overall daily operations of a centre, contributing to the growth and success of your customers by helping them use flexible working to enhance their productivity. Responsibilities:

As a Co-working Reception Manager, you’ll own customer experience and operations in your centre. You'll be the daily point of contact in one of our business centres and an integral part of delivering the best customer experience. Whether they're staying for an hour or many years, our customers all come with different needs: Build effective relationships with new and existing customers. Work as part of a team to give our community everything they need. Create exceptional experiences with every interaction. Own and care for your centre - ensure it is always the professional and inspiring work environment our community requires. Drive profitability of our centres through supporting sales or additional services and ancillary income. Train, manage, and mentor community teams to be the best they can be.
