Community Staff Nurse , working from Allington House, Ipswich. Do you have proven experience of working with children, young people and their families? Would you like to take on a role within the Clinical Duty Team? Are you passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of children and young people in Suffolk? Main duties of the job
Your role and responsibilities Provide information and health advice via telephone, email, and text messaging to parents, carers, and other professionals to support the health and wellbeing of children, young people, and their families in Suffolk. Be a positive role model, team player, and have excellent clinical knowledge of children's health and development. Be an excellent communicator and have good organisational and IT skills. You will receive induction into the HBC, management/peer supervision, and ongoing development to support you in this new role. You will need To be a Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Registered Nurse. Relevant experience of working with children, young people, and their families. Experience of using evidence-based assessment and intervention tools to meet the needs of our clients.
