Main duties of the job There are multiple demands in this exciting role due to the challenging nature of providing care for patients outside of the hospital environment. The post-holder will however find themselves well supported by a very friendly and enthusiastic team of staff. The post is initially based with a District Nursing Team in the Rhondda area, although you could be asked to work anywhere within the Rhondda Taff Ely ILG to meet the needs of the Service.
