Community Support Worker - Channel Islands Pay Rate: Up to £22 per hour (Outside IR35) Accommodation: Affordable accommodation at £500 per month (with potential to offset using LTD company)

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Community Support Workers to join our respected client on the Channel Islands. This is an excellent opportunity to support individuals across a range of needs, primarily older adults, while enjoying the unique and picturesque environment of the islands.

Key Requirements: Driving Licence + Car on the island (essential for travel between clients' homes) NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care Proven experience in community care, with a preference for those with a background in domiciliary care or supported living Valid DBS on the update service 2 references from the past 12 months (for compliance purposes)
