Community Support Worker - Channel Islands
Pay Rate: Up to £22 per hour (Outside IR35)
Accommodation: Affordable accommodation at £500 per month (with potential to offset using LTD company)

This is an excellent opportunity to support individuals across a range of needs, primarily older adults, while enjoying the unique and picturesque environment of the islands.
Key Requirements: Driving Licence + Car on the island (essential for travel between clients' homes) NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care Proven experience in community care, with a preference for those with a background in domiciliary care or supported living Valid DBS on the update service 2 references from the past 12 months (for compliance purposes)
